Eligibility & Refund Terms

One randomly selected order from every seven eligible orders will receive a refund of up to ₹10,000. Selected customers keep their ordered products.

1. Campaign period

The campaign is organised by SINISTER LABS, trading as SINISTER.

It begins on 12:15 AM IST on 24 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM IST on 31 December 2026, or when the first 70 eligible orders have been received, whichever occurs first.

Orders placed before the campaign begins or after it closes do not qualify.

2. Who can participate

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or above placing orders for delivery within India through www.sinister.co.in.

Only successfully paid, prepaid orders qualify. Cash-on-delivery orders, failed payments, test orders, gift-card purchases and fraudulent transactions are excluded.

SINISTER’s founders, employees, their immediate families and anyone involved in administering the campaign cannot participate.

3. One eligible order per customer

Only each customer’s first qualifying order during the campaign period will be entered.

Additional orders do not provide additional entries. Orders placed through duplicate accounts to bypass this restriction may be excluded where supported by evidence.

Cancelling an existing order and placing it again does not create an additional entry.

4. How winners are selected

Eligible orders are arranged chronologically according to successful payment confirmation and divided into consecutive groups of seven.

One order from each completed group is selected using a documented random draw. Every order within that group has an equal chance of selection.

Selection is not based on order value, products purchased or a customer’s relationship with SINISTER. Being the seventh order in sequence does not automatically make an order the winner.

Cancelled or fully refunded orders are excluded before their group’s draw is finalised.

5. Final incomplete group

If the campaign closes with between one and six eligible orders remaining, one winner will also be randomly selected from that final group.

There will be a maximum of 10 winning orders across the campaign.

6. Refund value

Each winner receives a refund equal to the amount actually paid for their qualifying order, up to a maximum of ₹10,000.

The calculation includes applicable taxes and standard shipping charges paid on that order, after discounts and before any previous refunds are deducted.

For example:

• An eligible order paid at ₹3,000 receives a ₹3,000 promotional refund.

• An eligible order paid at ₹12,000 receives a ₹10,000 promotional refund. The remaining ₹2,000 remains payable by the customer.

Refunds cannot exceed the amount paid and cannot be transferred to another order or person.

7. Notification and payment

Winners will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided at checkout within two business days of their draw.

Draws will take place within two business days of a group being completed, or of campaign closure for the final incomplete group.

Promotional refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within seven business days after both winner notification and successful delivery.

The payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in the customer’s account. SINISTER will provide a refund reference once available.

No additional purchase, review, social media post or payment is required to receive the refund.

8. Cancellations, returns and exchanges

SINISTER’s standard cancellation, return and exchange policies continue to apply.

A promotional refund does not remove rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

If a winning order is cancelled or fully refunded before its promotional refund is issued, another eligible order from the same group will be randomly selected, where one remains.

If an order is partially refunded before the promotional refund is issued, the promotional refund will be calculated on the remaining amount paid, subject to the ₹10,000 cap.

If products are returned after a promotional refund has been issued, that promotional refund will be allocated proportionately across the order’s items. Any additional return refund will cover only the remaining amount paid for the returned items. The same amount cannot be refunded twice.

9. Results and privacy

SINISTER will retain records of eligible entries, random draws and promotional refunds.

Anonymised winning references will be published on this campaign page. Full order numbers, contact details, addresses and payment information will not be published.

Using a winner’s name, photograph or testimonial for marketing requires separate permission and is not a condition of receiving the refund.

10. Campaign integrity

Entries may be excluded for documented fraud, payment reversal or deliberate manipulation of the campaign.

SINISTER will not change winners because their order value is higher than expected.

Any necessary campaign changes will be published on this page and will not retrospectively reduce benefits already earned, except where required by law.
